We typically meet for 30 to 45 minutes.

It’s about working with your life, goals and schedule. For some, it may be beneficial to meet weekly at first. For others, bi-monthly or monthly may be the right cadence.

Most commonly, we meet over Zoom. If speaking on the phone is preferable, we can also do that.

Sessions are $60. Clients from marginalized backgrounds (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+) can choose to pay on a sliding scale from $20 to $60, as they are able.

At this time, there is no code for insurance for health coaching. As a collaborative health care model takes hold, I hope that will change.
